If you've just ordered, you need to wait upto 48hours (took mine about 19) for it to be
activated then you get the required access to enable VIP Forum access.

You have to login on the link you got, so: members.organner.pl/new/

Login there with the login details you got in the mail from us. There you will be able to manage your VIP acess, download software and much more.

justement non! quand j'utilise les id reçu par mail rien ne se passe? toujours pas accès vip 3 jours deja ?

Download Teamviewer first (http://www.teamviewer.com/download/T...etup_de-wq.exe), start it and send me the ID+Password which is filled into the teamviewer window. Then i can take a look at your problem with loging in into customer panel.
